— why the boycott started?Blockberry Creative was a abusive agency towards LOONA members:- They have not been paid for their activities since their debut (2018)
- They were overworked in promotions (members were bleeding on stages, had bruises) and in their last world tour BBC excluded Chuu without a reason, Choerry went on hiatus, Haseul had an arm injury and they made her perfom anyway, many members had to stop attending shows due to their physical conditions.
On November 25, they kicked Chuu out of the group and tried to defame her for "mistreatment of staff" and also announcing that the members agreed with it, which was immediately denied. Many people who worked with Chuu and the LOONA members themselves spoke about it (Hyunjin spoke about it hours after the news broke, even though she was not authorized to do it.)
- Days after the expulsion, 9 loona members decided to start a lawsuit to end their contracts with the company. The only ones who didn't filled a lawsuit were Hyunjin and Vivi: Hyunjin was involved in activities in a program and Vivi is a foreign member, so the process was more difficult.
- After this, Blockberry Creative released the teaser of an ot11 comeback, trying to cover up Chuu's news. Orbit decided to start a boycott against the company to support Chuu and Loona, which was successful. Thanks to the boycott, BBC postponed the comeback indefinitely.
- The first members to had freedom were Members Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul and Choerry, who quickly signed a contract with Modhaus. The other 5 members who signed a lawsuit in the beginning (Haseul, Yeojin, Yves, Gowon, Hyeju) lost.
- The next members to win were Hyunjin and Vivi, signing contracts with CTD ENM.
- Months later in June 2023, the 5 remaining members won the lawsuit and regain their freedom.Orbit's main objective in carrying out the boycott was the freedom of LOONA, which we achieved.
LOONA UNION, the base of the boycott, released a statement (click). The boycott was left to the discretion of each orbit.
Even so, we believe that its important to boycott bbc. To this day, BBC continues to file lawsuits and appeals against all members. Continuing to provide monetization through visits and reproductions could produce profits to continue affecting loona. If you want to continue with the boycott, I will mention some of the things to keep in mind:-Don't play music on the spotify profile of LOONA, loona 1/3, loona odd eye circle and loona yyxy.
-There are two profiles of ODD EYE CIRCLE in spotify: odd eye circle (predebut) which is included in the boycott and should be avoided. The second is the one that clarifies in parentheses (artms), this profile is under modhaus, so it can be listened without problem
-Don't play any content from the loonatheworld channel (mvs, loonatv, loona note and more)
-Unfollow all loonatheworld accounts on each platform.

- Las sobreexplotaron en promociones (miembros sangraban en los stages y tenían moretones) y en su último world tour, bbc excluyó a chuu, choerry se fue a hiatus, haseul tenía una lesión en el brazo y la hacían bailar de todos modos, muchas miembros tuvieron que dejar de asistir en varios shows debido a sus condiciones físicas.
- El 25 de Noviembe expulsaron e intentaron difamar a Chuu por "maltrato al staff" y también anunciando que las miembros estaban de acuerdo con ello, cosa que fue inmediatamente desmentido. Muchas personas que trabajaron con Chuu y las mismas miembros de LOONA hablaron al respecto (Hyunjin habló del tema horas de que pasara la noticia, a pesar de que no estaba autorizada a hacerlo.)
- Días después de la expulsión, 9 miembros de loona decidieron comenzar una demanda para terminar sus contratos con la empresa. Las unicas que no lo hicieron fueron Hyunjin y Vivi: Hyunjin se encontraba con actividades en un programa y Vivi es una miembro extranjera, por lo cual el proceso iba a ser más difícil.
- Después de esto, Blockberry Creative sacó el teaser de un comeback ot11, intentando tapar la noticia de Chuu. Orbit decidió comenzar un boycott en contra de la empresa para apoyar a Chuu y Loona, el cual resultó exitoso. Debido al poco apoyo que tuvo, bbc pospuso el comeback indefinidamente.
- Las primeras en lograr libertad fueron las Miembros Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul y Choerry, quienes firmaron un contrato con Modhaus rápidamente. Las otras 5 miembros que firmaron una demanda en un inicio (Haseul, Yeojin, Yves, Gowon, Hyeju) perdieron.
- Las siguientes en demandar y ganar fueron Hyunjin y Vivi, firmando contratos con CTD ENM.
- Meses después en Junio de 2023, las 5 miembros restantes lograron ganar la demanda y recuperar su libertad.El principal objetivo de Orbit al realizar el boycott era la libertad de LOONA, cosa que conseguimos. LOONA UNION, la base del boycott, saco un comunicado (click). El boycott quedó como a criterio de cada orbit.
Aún así, creemos que es importante seguirlo porque hasta el dia de hoy BBC sigue presentando demandas y apelaciones en contra de todas las miembros, y seguir dándole monetización a través de visitas y reproducciones podrían producirles ganancias para seguir afectando a loona. Si quieres seguir con el boycott, te mencionaré algunas de las cosas que hay que tener en cuenta:-No reproducir el perfil de spotify de LOONA, loona 1/3, loona odd eye circle y loona yyxy.
-Existen dos perfiles de ODD EYE CIRCLE: odd eye circle (predebut) el cual entra en el boycott y se debe evitar. El segundo es el que aclara en paréntesis (artms) ese perfil está bajo modhaus, por lo cual puede ser reproducida sin problemas
-No reproducir ningún contenido proveniente del canal loonatheworld (Mvs, loonatv, loona note etc)
-Dejar de seguir a todas las cuentas de loonatheworld en cada plataforma
